KIDARTLIT RETURN & REFUND POLICY
YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY. WE NEVER MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO RESOLVE DELIVERY ISSUES OR TO PAUSE OR CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION according to the terms outlined here.

PAUSING YOUR DELIVERIES
KidArtLit subscriptions can be paused for one to five months. This allows you to keep your current rate and/or order discounts and saves you the trouble of re-joining after a busy time in your family's life.
Visit your account through the link in the top-right corner on shop.kidartlit.com or e-mail our team at email@example.com to customize your delivery schedule.
Monthly plans renew on the first of each month and ship on or around the 15th of each month.
The renewing nature of the account is stated when selecting the plan, at checkout, and in your welcome email.
Once a subscription has renewed and/or shipped, we are unable to refund the charge so we ask that you stay on top of your subscription billing. Please make sure that any necessary changes, upgrades or cancellations are made prior to the 1st of the month that your account is scheduled to renew.
Once we begin the new month, we export that month's subscribers and begin processing and shipping your KidArtLit delivery. Once this process begins we are unable to cancel your subscription and prevent that month's box from being shipped, which is why we have this policy.
If you realize your account has renewed and you'd like to cancel, you can set your account to cancel by accessing your account at shop.kidartlit.com or e-mailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org. This will ensure that your subscription will not renew for the following term.
KidArtLit also offers three-month and six-month subscription plans.
All policies under "Monthly Subscriptions" also apply to these plans, which renew automatically at the end of your term.
***Please note that we are unable to provide immediate cancellations and/or offer refunds mid-way through a prepaid 3 or 6 month subscription plan.
3 Month Plan - if you are on a 3 month subscription plan, you have prepaid for 3 months worth of KidArtLit. You are free to cancel at anytime, but you will still receive the remaining months of KidArtLit that you have already paid for. Prepaid subscriptions cannot be discontinued or refunded part way through their terms. Canceling your account will ensure that you are not billed for your next scheduled renewal, on the 1st of the month following the conclusion of your current term.
6 Month Plan - if you are on a 6 month subscription plan, you have prepaid for 6 months worth of KidArtLit. You are free to set your subscription to cancel at anytime, but you will still receive the remaining months of KidArtLit that you have already paid for, prepaid subscriptions cannot be discontinued or refunded part way through their terms. Canceling your account will ensure that you are not billed for your next scheduled renewal, on the 1st of the month following the conclusion of your current term.
KidArtLit offers pre-paid gifts for one, three, and six-month terms that DO NOT auto renew.
Gift orders adhere to our usual shipping schedule. When you order gifts from KidArtLit, you have prepaid for the deliveries and there is no need to cancel you account. We are unable to refund gift orders part way through their terms.
